Jammu, Aug 24: A GMCH employee is suspected to be accompanying gangster Sunny Baba alias Sumit Choudhary, who Saturday last escaped from the hospital's recovery ward where he was undergoing treatment of an ailment for the past few days.
Police sources said GMCH employee Manav Pawar of Akhnoor was also missing since the escape of Sunny Baba from the tight police cordon at the hospital. His brother was picked up by police but he was freed after questioning, the sources added.
Wishing anonymity, a police officer alleged that when Sunny was attacked in the court complex at Janipura a few months back, Manav was also seen with him and his family members.
