Tandoor Blow-up opens for Jammuites 10/25/2015 12:02:15 AM early times report Jammu, Oct 24: Taking into account, the long pending demand of cuisine lover Jammuites, the mentors of erstwhile Blow-up restaurant at Dogra Chowk Vinayak Bazar have re-launched the popular vegetarian and non- vegetarian food joint with state of art ambience and a fresh name Tandoor Blow-up. The restaurant was inaugurated by Health Minister Choudhary Lal Singh this afternoon. Speaking on the occasion, the minister said that journey to the mystical and enchanting Jammu and Kashmir is incomplete without exploration of its exquisite cuisine. Food in Jammu and Kashmir is treated as an extension of their vibrant culture. Non vegetarian dishes are an invariable part of its widespread menu. Meanwhile owner of the food joint Kamal Kishore said that Blow-up also invites vegetarians since its pure vegetarian cuisine -a splendid mix of spices including some rare herbs.
