Locals protest over shortage of staff in PHC Gordi 10/25/2015 12:08:35 AM Early Times Report Udhampur, Oct 24: Alleging shortage of staff at Primary Health Centre (PHC) Gordi, locals hailing from Ghordi and its adjoining areas today protested against the health department and demanded early filling of vacant posts at said health centre. Rajesh Kumar Sharma who led the protest recalled that it was some three decades when Gordi Sub Centre was converted into Public Health Centre and presently the population of area has been increased in multifold but the facilities are just drop in the ocean. Rajesh Kumar and other speakers demanded from Health Minister Ch Lal Singh to intervene into the matter and enhance the staff at PHC Gordi especially the number of lady doctors.
