JAMMU, Oct 24 : Part of the exercise initiated by the All India Football Federation (AIFF) to raise a competitive Indian team for the Under-19 Scouting World Cup Football Tournament, District Football Association (DFA) Jammu conducted trials to shortlist probable at the provincial level.
"Out of a total of 150, 60 boys have been shortlisted by the penal of selectors through trials conducted today at GGM Science College, here. Now, these boys shall join those from Kashmir for the state level selection," informed selection incharge, Narinder Gupta. After the state level selection, these boys shall take part in national level section and subsequent training under the guidance of foreign coaches, he added.
