BJP encouraging corruption: PAPA 10/25/2015 12:43:48 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 24 : Lambasting BJP for encouraging corruption, People's Action and Public Accountability (PAPA) an NGO, today said that the party has installed corrupt officers at top posts in recently held cabinet meeting. According to press release, the NGO said that in fact, there is almost no voice by the elected opponents against such acts of ruling chairs because of day to day unholy compromises whereas people in general are now used to observe all such nuisance and just satisfy themselves after a little resentment. Besides vested interests of rulers related to the developmental projects of state, transfers within administration are the second largest industry of rulers & so-called opponents, PAPA alleged. A huge part of our so-called development is invisible but major part can be seen as sub-standard construction of Bridges, government buildings including educational institutions, roads and sewerage projects where huge corruption is involved from bottom to neck at the cost of public life, it further alleged. This corruption network between politicians and bureaucrats have almost choked much needed rural development and progress of our farmers and youth of remote areas, it added. Pointing out the so-called performance of ERA and JKPCC, PAPA blamed the state governments for a deliberate ignorance towards past defunct performance of these departments and it was all based on vested interests. One and half year back made majority of unused main holes of ERA's sewerage project on Jammu's roads are collapsing and putting a question mark on the future functioning of project against crorers of rupees, it added. In view of an almost total shady and exposed image of JKPCC, we had suggested for its renaming as "Jammu-Kashmir Complete Corruption Corporation-JKCCC", PAPA stated.
