GGF celebrates United Nations Day at Jammu 10/25/2015 12:44:35 AM Jammu, Oct 24 : Gandhi Global Family (GGF) J&K volunteers celebrated United Nations Day at City Palace in Jammu. Speaking on the occasion, GGF Vice President Padmashri S P Varma lauded UN role in bringing Peace, Development and Human rights to the world. He further added that under the guidance of United Nations, Gandhi Global Family volunteers will learn and enrich volunteering and social engineering skill, which is vital for their future role. GGF has been working closely with UNIC actively involved in inspiring school and college students through Symposium on Truth and Non Violence, celebrating UN International Days and organising Young Gandhian summits on regular basis. He further added that Gandhi Mandela Cricket Series for special children is a landmark in the history of J&K State, which UN will replicate in all States of India and later in South Africa.
