| District Billiards, Snooker meet from Nov 29 | | | JAMMU, Oct 25 : After a long gap of almost three sports seasons, the Jammu and Kashmir Billiards and Snooker Association is going to organise 23rd Jammu District (junior and senior) Championship from October 29 at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here.
Those interested cueists have been advised to submit their entries with markers Rakesh and Manohar at MA Stadium and Amar Singh Club respectively positively by 5 pm on October 28, a handout issued here today by newly elected general secretary of the Association, Vishal Abrol told SAN.
Senior player, Jaideep Manocha has been appointed organising secretary and chief referee of the tournament.
While the entry fee for senior group is Rs 300 for each event of Billiards and Snooker, those junior boys have to submit Rs 200 per event, the handout added. |
