UDHAMPUR, Oct 25: Today CRPF 187 BN headed by commandant started a cleanliness drive with help of locals in one of the badly conditioned park of housing colony Udhampur.
This drive is done under the guidance of Commandant CRPF 187 BN S S Singh. During the drive we came to know that people living in housing colony are not aware about the caretaker department for these parks some says it should be maintained by housing board while some says that parks should be maintained by floriculture department. But none of these department paid any visit to these badly conditioned parks since long time.
Commandant CRPF appealed to the resident of housing colony Udhampur to come out of their homes and donate atleast one hour per week for the beautification of their area. Those who participated in the drive are as Dr Uma Kant Sharma, Ravinder Gupta, Vishal Mahajan, Vijay Choudhary, Dheeraj Verma, Sahil Gupta, Anil, and Abhishek Sharma. |
