| Govt fails to release SSA salary, regularize ReTs | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 25 : All J&K RET Teachers Forum alleged that State Government has failed to release SSA salary and regularize ReTs.
Addressing gathering, Vinod Sharma lambasted the State Govt. by playing with the thousands of RET Teachers of the State by harassing them as the salary of SSA is pending for last 4 to 6 months and the family members of these thousands of RET Teachers are on the verge of starvation and living a miserable life.
They have celebrated their sacred festivals like Eid, Navratras, Ashoora etc. without salary and even have no hope to get salary on the coming festivals like Karva Chouth, Diwali, Bhai Dhuj etc. It is a very much shame on the part of the Govt. that it is unable to release their salaries . He also showed strong resentment against the Education Deptt. by not issuing the regularization orders of the ReTs who have completed their five years satisfactory service 1 and half year back.
TheseReTs are being harrased on the name of verification which has been initiated by the Deptt. in the month of the August this year and not completed yet. He said that the Deptt. has shown casual approach to regularalize these ReTs these by mentally disturbing these thousands of ReTs. He also sought the reglarization of KGBV Teachers , clearance of the mid-day meals liability for last one year, implemantation of High Court order regarding transfer policy and other burning issues of ReTs.
In the meeting it was unanimously resolved that the RET Teachers would lockup all their schools and come on roads if the govt fails to release SSA salary and issue regularizaion order before diwali for which the Govt would by personally responsible. |
