JYF alleges JU VC patronizing ‘Professior goons’ on campus 10/26/2015 12:12:34 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 25 : Jammu Youth Forum (JYF) staged protest demonstration in front of University and lambasted the University authority for their lackadaisical approach not to take action against Prof. DS Bhau who was instrumental to allow the situation to go out of hand of the university administration which finally led to chaos and confusion compelling the dispensation to close the university next day. Addressing gathering, district President of JYF Vikram Kumar alleged that the VC has nourished goonda like Prof. Bhau who slapped and manhandled but he was allowed to go scot free because of the shelter of the VC. "Ugly incident occurred during the presence of the Vice-Chancellor who remained mute spectator". He is also part of the violence against the students. He further said that the VC suspended three students of the university for no fault of their, but no action was taken against the goonda professor. He added that the whole academic atomsphere of the university has gone from bad to worse eversince prof Ramji Dass Sharma has taken over the chair of VC and it was only at the instance of the Vice-Chancellor that his goondas tried to show the might and made a dastardly attempt to attack the office of early times. He demanded immediate remove/resignation of prof Ramji Dass Sharma from the post of VC in view of his dubious and recalcitrant attitude so that the smoldering resentment in the minds of the students fraternity is controlled well before it takes the dangerous shape of heat which of heat which may engulf the sagging image of the university.
