Shrimad Bhagwat Saptah Katha culminates 10/26/2015 12:13:32 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 25 : The week long shrimad Bhagwat Saptah Katha culminated at village Kote here today with religious fervour and gaiety. The Shrimad Bhagwat Saptah started on October 19 near Radha Krishan Mandir at Village Kote. Nand Kishore Shastri ji Maharaj delivered religious sermons and disseminated the teaching of Srimad Bhagwat during this weeklong Katha programme which today culminated with solemnizing of Puran Ahuti followed by vishal Bhandara. During this week long katha programme, Kalash yatra was taken. Speaking on the occasion, Nand Kishore Shastri Ji Maharaj asked devotees to follow the path of truth is the real way to know the almighty and one can attain nirvana by following the teachings laid down in the Ved Puranas especially the Bhagwat Purana. During the sermons, Swami ji advised the devotees that all worldly things are the source of worries, sufferings and gripped the peoples in the activities which lead them to the recycle of birth and death. He said that for attaining Moksha/Nirvana, one should first know what is 'God' and for this purposes only a learned guru can lead them.
