| Illegal parking outside GDC Poonch creates chaos | | | Early Times Report
Poonch, Oct 26: Mismanagement alleged on the part of Police and Traffic Police Poonch is causing inconvenience to students of Govt Degree College Poonch where unauthorized/illegal parking of vehicles in the front of college's gate creates disorder and chaos. As per some students who preferred anonymity, the college management while shrugging their shoulders from their responsibility briefly maintained that they have taken up the matter with administration. "But the authorities yet have utterly failed to put a check on illegal parking from the gate of college, they lamented. They said that the unauthorized parking in front of College gate has posed several problems for the students and general public and at times it ends in heated arguments between two sides. "Neither the administration of the college nor the Police are showing any concern to curb illegal parking of vehicles outside college," lamented a student of BA. Part II. "Some nearby shopkeepers stand their vehicles at unauthorized parking, resulted queue of vehicles in the front gate of college," he maintained. "And it's really very shocking that the concerned authorities are doing nothing to improve the situation," sources added. Meanwhile locals said that Police needs to depute cops outside college gate to stop parking of vehicles as students are regularly suffering from Jam outside college gate. |
