SPCB holds meet 10/27/2015 12:58:44 AM Early Times Report RAMBAN, Oct 26: Divisional Officer State Pollution Control Board Ramban Kuldeep Bhan held a meeting in connection with different types of pollution threatening our fertile lands in general and the agriculture in particular with Chief Agricultural Officer Suneel Koul in his office chamber here today. Threadbare discussions were held about soil and pesticide/chemical pollution with a focus on organic farming using composting and vermi-compositing techniques and adoption of the same by the farming community for saving the ecosystem. In addition to this meeting also discussed involvement of farmers and the general public for development of safe and sound environment of Ramban district.
