| Five District & Sessions Judges transferred | | |
Jammu, Oct 31: In a minor reshuffle in Higher Judiciary, atleast five District & Sessions Judges have been transferred.
According to the order issued by Registrar General of J&K High Court Jammu MK Hanjura, the Kaneez Fatima has been transferred and posted as Member J&K Sales Tax Tribunal Vice Akram Choudhary while
Ashok Kumar Koul has been transferred and posted as Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu Vice Sanjay Dhar.
Order stated that Sanjay Dhar Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu has been transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Kathua whereas Mohammad Akram Choudhary Member J&K Sales Tax Tribunal has been transferred and posted as 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge Jammu vice Bala Joyti and Ms Bala Joyti 1st Additional Sessions Judge Jammu has been transferred and posted as Presiding officer J&K Forest Authority.
