One held with 40 pouches of illicit liquor 11/5/2015 12:10:22 AM Early Times Report banihal, Nov 4: Police today apprehended one person alongwith forty (40) illicit liquor pouches during a naka checking in Ramban. A case in this regard stands registered at Police Station Ramban. The accused has been identified namely as Rajesh Kumar s/o Bhagat Ram of Halla,Ramban. Police said that following a specific input, police and excise team conducted a raid at Bus Stand Ramban and apprehended a person besides recovering 40 pouches of J&K Excise liquor from his possession. Police said that the said person was going to sell these pouches for sale in his village on exorbitant rates.
