Violating Court stay order, revenue officials in collusion with land mafia conducting demarcation of land 11/5/2015 12:12:02 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 4: Despite stay order issued by Sub Judge (CJM) Jammu in a land case, some Land Mafias in connivance with officials of Revenue Department are conducting spot inspection and demarcation of a land at village Najwal of tehsil Bishnah. As per documents, which are in possession of Early Times, some local land mafia of Bishnah are hell bent to grab a land measuring 11 kanals and 4 marlas falling under Khasra No. 49 of one Sukha Singh son of Dharam Chand resident of Najwal tehsil Bishnah, by pressurizing revenue officials through their political influence. "Violating stay order of court, Tehsildar Bishnah is getting conducted spot inspection and demarcation of my land tomorrow i.e. on November 4, 2015 to appease the local land mafia, alleged Sukha Singh while narrating his ordeal. He further maintained that these goons had huge portion of land adjacent to my land and now they are eying on my land to grab it and in order to execute their nefarious designs, they made several attempts to grab my land when their plan did not work, they took the help of officials of Revenue Department. "As a part of their plan, they managed to get issued an order from DC Jammu Office for spot inspection. In the order DDC Jammu directed the concerned Sub District Magistrate (SDM) for appropriate action who later directed concerned Tehsildar for spot inspection," he said further adding that there is every possibility of getting my land demarcated by these goons with the help of revenue officials. He further disclosed that Jagmohan, Om Parkash, Sain Dass, Shiv Dutt and Jai are the main culprits who are making all efforts to grab my land despite stay order issued by the court. There are number of complaints lodged against these people in police stations and these goons have full support of a cabinet rank minister in materializing there nefarious design. He further said that after their forcible attempt of grabbing of land, he approached the civil court and the court of Ld Chief Judicial Magistrate had ordered status quo on the land on 14-11-2013 and case was made absolute on 17-9-2015 but Tehsildar Bishnah who is the party in the case despite the knowledge of stay order announced spot inspection of land with the influence of local goons on Nov 4, 2015.
