SRINAGAR, Nov 4: Hosts district Srinagar clinched both under-17 and under-19 boys inter-district state level Rugby 7's tournament which was organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) at Gindun Sports Centre, here today.
However, without giving the names of the teams losing in the finals of boys and girls sections in two age groups, a handout issued did mention that teams from nine districts took part in this competition.
In the prize distribution function, Director Radio Kashmir Srinagar, Himayun Kaiser was chief guest, who gave away title trophies.
Among others present included district officer, Srinagar, Muzuffar Tramboo and Account Officer, Abdul Rehman. |
