| Girls outshine boys in Kishtwar; claim all top slots in class VIII Examination Result | | Ailiya Yameen of Asraria Valley, Aaradya Sharma of Daffodil school top with 247 marks | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Dec 4: Continuing their supremacy after Doda District, the girls from Kishtwar also outshone their counterparts in 8th class result by securing all top slots when the result was declared by DIET Kishtwar today in which 95.39% students were declared passed.
As per the details available with "Early Times" out of 3815 students enrolled 3769 students appeared in this year 8th class board examination out of which 3639 students were declared as passed while 130 students fail to qualify the examination.
The nodal official from DIET KIshtwar, the Principal DIET declared the result and official gazette stated Ailiya Yameen d/o Farooq Ahmed Bagban and Nusrat Pareveen of Asraria Valley High School Kishtwar along with Aaradya Sharma d/o Raj Kumar and Serla Sharma of Daffodil Model Public School Kishtwar jointly have bagged the first position jointly by scoring 247 marks out of 250 marks (98.80%).
The official gazatte also mentioned that 2nd position was also begged by a girl Meghna Parihar d/o Rajesh Parihar of BVM Kishtwar who scored 246 marks while Rohit Kotwal of BVM High School Kishtwar shared the same slot.
Meanwhile Faizan Farid s/o Farid Ahmed of Asraria Valley High School bagged 3rd position by scoring 245 marks whereas 4th position was jointly shared by Bazila d/o Majid Bashir Mintoo of Shaheen Public School Doda (who appeared from Kishtwar District after her centre was changed along with Swati Sharma d/o Subash Chander of SDM Public School) and Soojal Singh s/o Fulail Singh of Sky Lark Academy Gulabgard by securing 244 marks.
Again the 5th position too was jointly shared Syed Areeba Ruhaab d/o Syed Zubair Ahmed of Green Model School Kishtwaralongwith Fiza Fatima Qazi d/o Afroz Ahmed Qazi of Asraria Valley High School, Atiba Batool d/o Manzoor Ahmed Sirwal of IFHS Kishtwar by securing 243 marks whereas 6th position was bagged by Ankit Shan s/o Bodh Raj Shan of SDM Public School by scoring 242 marks.
Meanwhile 7th position was jointly claimed by Ankit Sharma s/o Vinod Sharma of SDM Public School and Rithik Rathore s/o Pawan Kumar Rathore of New Era Public School by scoring 241 Marks while 8th position was held by Avinash Kumar s/o Jai Krishan of SDM Public School besides Monika Devi d/o Kalyan Singh of New Era Public School also shared the rank by scoring 240 marks.
Sujal Sharma s/o Anil Sharma of SDM Public School, Tayab Ishtyiaq Waza s/o Ishtyiaq Waza of Green Model HS, Insha Iqbal Kelam d/o Mohammad Iqbal Kelam of New Model Academy, Ankit Sen s/o Daleep Kumar of BVM Kidyal jointly shared 9th position by scoring 239 marks while 10th position was jointly bagged by Numaan Akthar s/o Akther Hussain Keen of Ameen Academy Bonjwah, Boomika Shan d/o Sandeep Kumar Shan of BVM HS Kishtwar, Fazeel Jaffer Mir s/o Jaffar Rashid Mir of Green Model HS Kishtwar by scoring 238 marks whilst Mehrooz Tabasum d/o of Raiz Ahmed Tak of Green Model School Kishtwar claimed 11th position by scoring 237 marks.
While talking to "Early Times", one of the topper Ailiya Yameen of Asraria Valley High School credited her success to her parents, staff, friends, family members and particularly to her brother Unsub Bin Farooq for helping her in her studies. "I'm satisfied with my performance especially when
I have outclassed my brother's performance who also had topped the 8th class result two years ago with 244 marks," she buoyantly added.
The managements of Asraria Valley Public School and Daffodil Model Public have greeted the toppers and other students who have excelled this year in 8th class examinations and also extended its best wishes to them in future as well. |
