6th Police Martyrs North zone T20 Cricket Tournament likely from Dec.15: SSP Kathua 12/4/2015 11:18:30 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Dec 4:- 6th Police Martyrs North zone T20 Cricket Tournament likely to begin from Dec.15 wherein national teams would participate. Sr Superintendent of Police Neeva Jain today officially announced about the annual cricket tournament that used to organize by Police department with collaboration of Shaheed Welfare Society with the aim to pay homage to all Police Officers who got martyrdom while serving the country. SSP Kathua Neeva Jain informed that ADGP Dr SP Vaid would inaugurate the tournament wherein 6 teams from J&K, dozens from entire country and Ranji/ IPL & International players would participate like previous years. SSP informed that the prize money has also enhanced as Rs 2.75 lakhs will be given to winner, 2 lakhs to runner up besides special prizes for Best Batsman/ bowler, Man of The series etc. She urged people to speculate the tournament for homage to martyrs and urge players/ organizers.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
