After lapse of 90 days police still clueless in 'rape & murder' case | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 4: Even after almost lapse of 90 days, the police still is clueless to crack the mystery shrouding over alleged rape and murder of a 19 year-old girl who was found in semi naked condition in empty plot with strangulation marks in Sainik Colony. Some locals and family members of the victim who still are under shock and fear over the security alleged inaction of police as the police is taking the case indifferently which should not be done and thus they have failed even to collect evidences or to nab any of the accused in the case. Pertinently, a 19-year old girl identified as Susheela Kumari daughter of Subhash Chander, a resident of Chhattisgarh (at present Sainik Colony), was murdered on the intervening night of August 28 and 29 in Sainik Colony area of city outskirts. Susheela Kumari daughter of Subhash Chander, a resident of Chhattisgarh at present in Sainik Colony reportedly had gone to bed in her temporary residence (Jhuggi) as usual, but was found missing in the morning on the fateful day. When family members and neighbours started a hunt for next morning, they found semi-naked body of their kin in an empty plot with strangulation marks on her neck. Family members alleged that police have failed to make any breakthrough in the case reasons better known to the concerned police. |
