JKTTA stages protest, highlights demands | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 5 : A large number of temporary teachers staged protest under the banner of J&K Temporary Teachers Association (JKTTA) here today outside Press Club of Jammu to highlight their long pending demands Led by Balwinder Singh General Secretary JKTTA, the protestors raising slogans against state government alleged that government was making anti youth policies. While interacting with media persons, Bhupinder Chou-dhary said that state government has adopted a callous approach towards educated youths and has utterly failed to solve the problem faced by educated youths of the state. He said they are struggling for justice for long but the government till their has turned deaf ears to their voice. He however added that it wouldn't deter them from their struggle to their rights and added that they will continue till our genuine demand are conceded, Speakers highlighted that temporary teachers under banner of JKTTA have been struggling for continuation of their service since March 2015. They said that the Government has betrayed them by making false promises with regard to continuation of their services. Vicky Saini, Hardev, Ashwani, Harpal, Deepak,Rajni, Sapna, Asha, Nisha, Sushma and other also addressed the protestors and reiterated that government is playing with the future of educated youth which will not be accepted at any cost. |
