| CPPWU flays JK Housing Department | | |

Kishtwar, Dec 14: Chinar Power Projects Workers Union District Kishtwar strongly criticized the authorities of J&K Housing Department for floating underground tender of renovation of old building of District hospital Kishtwar to an influential contractor which has already done huge loss to the state exchequer alleging that the said contractor has engaged manpower from outside the district leading to brewing resentment among the unemployed youths of the district .
A deputation of the union led by its Chairman Joginder Bhandari called on the Chief Medical Officer Kishtwar and urged him to issue certified copies of allotment letter and advertisement of NIT under which the work of renovation of old hospital of District hospital Kishtwar has been advertised. The Chief Medical Officer Kishtwar Sham Parshad informed that the said work has been assigned to the housing department by the Director Health Jammu and they have been asked to check only quality of the work..
