| AIMTTA holds meeting, highlights community issues | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 14; A meeting of the All India Muslim Think Tank Association (AIMTTA) of Jammu & Kashmir Chapter was held under the chairmanship of Shamshad Qadri President All India Muslim Think Tank Association in which the members deliberated upon various issues and problems of the community.
During the meeting the participating members deliberated upon recommendations of Justice Sachar Committee including the proper utilization of Wakf Properties and etc.
Speaking on the occasion Prof Reyaz Ahmed of Hyderabad impressed upon the members of the All India Muslim Think Tank Association to visit the every nook and corner of India particularly the
J&K to make community members aware about the various welfare schemes including the Scholarships for the students of the minority community announced by the Govt of India.
While speaking Prof Raheem said that the association is going to submit a charter of demands to Najma Heptullah Minister for Minorities Govt of India and Chief Minister of J&K state requesting them for the strict implementation of the welfare schemes for minority community.
During the meeting President AIMTTA also nominated Ayub Beigh as convener of the All India Muslim Think Tank Association (AIMTTA) of Jammu & Kashmir Chapter and entrusted him to announce the other executive members to state chapter of All India Muslim Think Tank Association (AIMTTA). |
