AJKGBSF seeks dismissal of services of tainted Sub Inspector

Jammu, Dec 15: All J&K Gujjar Bakerwal Student Federation (AJKGBSF) has demanded immediate dismissal of tainted Excise Sub-Inspector Javaid Ahmed Shah from his services as vigilance organization and crime branch Kashmir has proved that his appointment was made through a fraudulent mean by preparing a fake SRO-43 certificate.
According to press release, addressing a meeting of the member of AJKGBSF said that the Crime Branch has registered a FIR against the real father of Javaid Ahmed Shah namely Bashir Ahmed Shah son of Tukroo Babnal Shopian.
The members of the federation said that at least four FIR's has been lodged against said Excise Sub Inspector in different police station of the state but still commissioner secretary Excise and Deputy Commissioner Excise Kashmir are mum on the issues as they had taken a huge bribe for shielding the tainted sub-inspector.
The High court too has issued notices to the Excise Commissioner, Commissioner Secretary GAD, Commissioner Secretary Finance and Chief Secretary but despite these notices the Govt. has not responded the direction of High Court till date, which clearly indicate that Excise Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner Executive Kashmir are shielding the tainted Excise Sub-Inspector Javaid Ahmed Shah. The members were of the opinion that a fraud has been committed by the General Administration department while issuing the appointment orders of tented Excise Sub-Inspector Javaid Ahmed Shah, they did not check the age gap of the father and son.
The Excise Sub-Inspector Javaid Ahmed Shah was shown the S/o of one Aslam shah who died at the age of 30 years at that time of his death the age of Excise Sub-Inspector Javaid Ahmed Shah was 22 years. The members question that How a man having age of 30 years. At that too unmarried can adopt a adult man of 22 years. The members warned that if the action is not taken against the tainted Excise Sub-Inspector Javaid Ahmed Shah , the Gujjar Bakerwal Federation would llaunch a agitation against the Excise Commissioner as well as Deputy Excise Commissioner Executive Kashmir for which the Government would holy and soly responsible.
The meeting was attended the meeting included Choudhary Tariq, Choudary Ashraf, Choudhary Rafiq Mir, Imtiaz Khatana and others.
