Ambardar visits Jagti hospital to takes stock of functioning

Jammu, Dec 15: BJP MLC Surinder Ambardar visited the new hospital building of the Jagti Township and took the stock of the situation and the functioning of the hospital. MLC was also accompanied by Director Health services Jammu Dr B.S Pathania and the officials of the Relief commission.
MLC was also informed that the health dispensary in Jagti which was running in the make shift arrangement from last four years has now been shifted to the new forty bedded hospital building and orders of new doctors and Para medical staff has also been issued who have been posted there to cater to Medical needs of the displaced community living in the Jagti township
He while interacting with the officials said that adequate facilities should be made available in the hospital so that all the patients who get admitted in the hospital get best of the medical care so that they don't have to go to other hospitals in Jammu periphery to get the treatment done. "Latest Medical equipments which has been purchased for the hospital should also be installed in the shortest span of time "MLC said
MLC was also took stock of the the dental clinical which has started functioning in the new building and was informed that the new X-ray machine has also been installed and in the due course of the time all other medical equipments will be installed in the building and all kinds of the OPD services will be provided
He also extended his gratitude to Minister of Health and Medical education for taking keen interest in getting the hospital functional after both of them visited the hospital recently."This will help in a long way to mitigate the sufferings of the displaced community who have to face lot of hardships "Ambardar added
MLC also passed on the strict instructions to the officials that all kinds of the medicines should be made available in the hospital and proper hygiene should be maintained in the hospital.
