Police seizes Sumo for alleged overloading, creating nuisance 12/15/2015 11:10:51 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Dec 14: In order to curb the menace of over loading, Kishtwar police today booked a Tata SUMO driver for overloading, besides creating a nuisance by indulging in an attempt to block the road by provoking passengers on board. When contacted DySP (Hqrs) Kishtwar Touseef Ahmed confirmed the seizure of a vehicle bearing Regd No: JK17-2077 plying on Bhunzwah route for indulging in overloading and putting the lives of passengers at risk by boarding them on the roof top of the vehicle. "The driver of the vehicle namely Javed Iqbal s/o Abdul Aziz of Noor Bhunzwah was also booked under law for misbehaving with the police party, besides trying to provoke the passengers on board to stage protest," he added.
