Water Shed Programme official lands in vigilance net 12/15/2015 11:11:12 PM Early Times Report Srinagar, Dec 15: Vigilance Organisation Kashmir caught one Shabir Ahmad Rather (Expert) Water Shed Management Programme Ganderbal Srinagar red handed while demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs.15000/- from one Ghulam Mohammad Chechi of Mulnar Theed Harwan in connection with preparation of report with regard to Check Dams and protection of bund at Mulnar Theed area of Harwan. "The accused was taken into custody on spot and his personal search lead to the recovery of the bribe money, an official saod adding, "a case under FIR No.51/2015 u/s 5(2) PC Act Svt 2006 & section 4 A of PC Act, 2014 has been registered at P/S VOK and further investigation taken up.
