HC directive on artificial lake, gandola 12/15/2015 11:12:26 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 15: In a PIL as regards the inordinate delay in execution of artificial lake and gondola projects, a high court division bench of Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Bansi Lal Bhat today granted one-week time to file fresh status report regarding the identification of persons in whose period encroachments had taken place.
