Jammu, Dec 23: in the much publicized writ petition seeking demolition /removal of encroachments allegedly made by former Revenue Minister J&K and others on the Nallah at Satyam Resorts, Deeli, Jammu, Justice Tashi Rabstan of Jammu Kashmir High Court (Jammu Wing) impleaded Chief Executive Officer, Economic Reconstruction Agency (ERA) as a party respondent to file the status in regard to alleged encroachment within week.
After hearing both sides, Justice Tashi Rabstan in the open court impleaded CEO, ERA as party respondent and issued notice to him and directed the CEO ERA to file the status report with regard to alleged encroachment as highlighted in the petition within one week and further directed the Registry to list this petition immediately after ensuing winter vacations.
