12/23/2015 11:25:27 PM
Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 23: The Jammu Private Schools and ETT Institute Association has alleged that as per the fresh version of Crime Branch Srinagar it is revealed that BOSE officials had granted affiliation to the ETT institutes in gross violations of norms as they had neither applied for No Objection Certificates nor the NOCs were renewed. They further alleged that renewal process ETT NOCs was initiated illogically by the Administrative Department at the instance of the then concerned Minister Mohd Syed Peerzada as a money minting exercise, adding further that there is no NOC renewal exercise from the State Universities in case of B.Ed colleges.
The Association said that they had represented repeatedly against the unjustified move but gained nothing because of vested interests adding that number of Ministry's agents were active with administrative office for NOCs renewal. Number of genuine ETTs Institutes failed to get the said fabricated renewal despite applications addressed to the Commissioner/Secretary School Education along with prescribed demand drafts of Rs. Ten thousand, Association alleged.
The Association humbly appealed the Chief Minister and State Education Minister for a genuine conclusion of the ongoing controversies related to ETT institutes. They expressed full confidence in the Judiciary for a justified conclusion without any sort of harassment.
