Jammu, Dec 24: A meeting of the Senior Citizens Welfare Forum held today under the Chairmanship of its President Girdhari Kalotra and the matter of new ration cards was taken up. All the speakers and participants condemned the working style of BJP which got votes on the name of "Sabka Saath- Sabka Vikaas", but now working against the general public. About seven lacs of existing Ration Cards have been rejected for the reasons best known to them.
It was unanimously demanded that all the ration cards existing at present should be included into the new scheme of Ration Cards otherwise public shall stand with up arms against the BJP for its betrayal policy. Other prominents who shared their views were K. R. Chadgal, Harbans Lal, Raghubir Singh, Vijay Katal, Shiben, Sandeep Parihar, Jagdish Jamwal, Tirath Singh Jamwal and many others. |
