SMM indoor cricket tournament concludes at KC Sports club 12/24/2015 11:34:55 PM Jammu, Dec 24 : The inaugural edition of Late Sudarshan Mahajan Memorial Inter School Indoor Cricket Tournament 2015 sponsored by the management of KC Public School concluded at KC Sports Club today morning with an Closing Ceremony held inside the state-of-the-art indoor Cricket Hall of the Club. Amrendra Kumar Mishra, Principal K C Public School graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The Tournament was played on Knock Out basis and 12 teams have participated in it. The Tournament was formally inaugurated by Sukhnandan Kumar, Minister for PHE & I& FC. The Final match of the tournament was played between DPS and Project Model School. DPS won the toss and decided to bat first.DPS made solid start fom the beginning and made 49 runs on the loss of 5 wickets. Aayush made 15 runs and Musif made 14 runs. Anmol contributed 3 runs. The Pace Battery of Project Model bowled very well and restricted the batsman to make easy runs. Sandeep took 2 wickets and Himanshu and Arustu shared 1 wicket each. While chasing the target Project Model looked shaky from the beginning. Manik and Agastya scored 4 runs each while Shubham and Swastik made 3 runs each. Archit and Aayush of DPS took 1 wicket each.
