| Creative Dance Classes at KC Sports Club conclude with Grande Finale performance | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 24: Long duration creative dances classes organized by KC Sports Club in collaboration with Ankush Kapoor Academy of Performing Arts, New Delhi came to a conclusion this evening with the presentation of a grand finale event involving more than 150 trainees who completed the nearly one year long training programme.
The various professionally choreographed dance items were illustrative of the fact that a lot of hard work had gone into preparing them. All the participants danced with a manifest sense of joy and abandon. Parents of participants enjoyed the presentations thoroughly and gave standing ovation after each performance. Ankush Kapoor, Director of his highly popular dance academy in the National Capital Region, was personally involved in preparing the grand finale event.
The Special Guest on the occasion was Dr. Ram Thakur, Academic Director of KC Public School. He expressed the view that creative dancing is one of the finest expressions of aesthetics in today's world and the younger generation all over the world has taken to it with unprecedented enthusiasm. He praised the participants for attaining high level of skills in this highly articulate form of human creativity and commended KC Sports Club for offering such a wide range of health, fitness and recreational activities within its indoor infrastructure that could match with the best in the world. |
