Jammu, Dec 24: Twelve Scouts and Guides of KC Public School attended four days National Integration Camp held at Kolkata, West Bengal from 10th. December. The Guides who attended the camp were Amodhini Karwani, Sarnrun Fatima,Ritika Bhan, Arya Jalali, Palak Gupta, Reetika Sharma , Vanshika Rajput and Arnrit Padha and the Scouts were Rudra Gupta, Anjan Chopra, Lakshay Mahajan and Sarnbhav Mahajan. They were escorted by Guides Captain Rita Sharma and Scout Master Hirnayat Ali.
After three days long journey by train, they reached Kolkata and joined the camp where they were briefed about the four days training programme. During the camp, they were engaged in a number of group activities and befriended themselves with students from other states. They were also taken to some of the historical places in Kolkata such as Eden Gardens. Kali Temple and Victoria Memorial. |
