JAMMU, Dec 25 : Nami Dogri Sanstha celebrated 13th Dogri Bhasha Mannta Din today at Cultural Academy, Jammu under the chairmanship of Captain Lalit Sharma IFS Retd.
The highlight of today's program was celebrations commemorating Dogri's inclusion in Eighth Schedule of the Indian Constitution on December 22, 2003.
