Jammu, Dec 25 : Rameshwar Singh Jamwal , senior Panel Counsel, Govt. of India today in an address to media highlighted the reasons of criminality and the locus of the actions. " After having worked for about twenty three years to find out the reasons of criminality and the locus of our actions, I have come to some conclusions that as we proceed to find reasons of criminality mainly on Charles Darwin's concept about the origins of human beings, , there is a difference of degree only," he said . Jamwal said because of this thinking, mankind has spent billions for finding reasons of human aberrations, his aggressive behavior, his criminal and violent actions and have been experimenting with animals, mice, rabbits and many others to find out as to why and how they behave aggressively, This work has led to the conclusion that the religious theories, which run contrary to the evolution of man as being believed by the scientific community, may offer us some solutions. Behaviorism, Criminology, Yoga, Sankhya and Naturalism can be done by establishing a Study/Reserach Centre to carry out further research and studies on all these subjects in a holistic manner so that we can convince to the world community about tile importance and relevance of the concept., he said |
