SSP (Vig) Kichloo's paper gets published in Int'l journal 12/25/2015 11:54:47 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 25 : Senior Superintendent of Police (Vigilance) MY Kichloo has added another feather to the cap after his article on the subject 'jurisdiction dispute in e -commerce' got published in an International Journal named as "Emerging science and engineering" ( IJESE) 2319-6378(online Volume -4 ) December 2015 . According to a press statement, the research paper worked out by SSP Vigilance Kichloo jointly with Parvin Sadotra expert in Computer Sciences were accepted by an international journal "Emerging science and engineering" ( IJESE) 2319-6378(online Volume -4 ) December 2015 . "KIchloo's reach papers published on international journal stands for zero First Information Report (FIR) concepts in police and vigilance organization to solve jurisdiction conflicts," statement said. It added that SSP Vigilance has already a book on cybercrime to his credit and is first to introduce concept of cybercrime in Jammu and Kashmir police with unflinching support from seniors police officers . Mr Kichloo has done diploma in cyber Security from CSAC Hyderabad and always remained active in literary and research field beside his routine police job . Kichloo is the only police officer having two commendations from air vice Marshal Indian Air Force in Jammu ad Kashmir.
