Coop Bank Jammu condoles sad demise of Lewang Rigzin 1/21/2016 10:50:45 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 21: Chairman of Citizens' Cooperative Bank Ltd. Jammu today condoled the demise of Iewang Rigzin, Elder brother of former Minister of Cooperatives , Chering Dorjay in a meeting here today. A condolence meeting of officers of the Bank was held in the office Chamber of the Chairman, Dinesh Gupta. The participants at the meeting observed 2 minutes silence and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
