KISHTWAR, Jan 21: Police Party from Police Station Chatroo led led by SHO Chatroo Ravi Kumar and I/C PP Mughal Maidan Rakesh Roshan under the Supervision of SP Sanjay Parihar (SDPO Chatroo) arrested two person and recovered 45 Kg forest produce Nagshatri from their possession.
While talking to "Early Times" SSP Kishtwar Sandeep Wazir said that while conducting checking by police party during Naka checking at Dar pull (bridge) Mughal Maidan falling under jurisdiction of Police Station Chatroo, a vehicle bearing Registration No. JK17 -2185 on way to Kishtwar was stopped and checked, added that on checking 40 kgs of Nagshatri was recovered from the said vehicle. He said that accordingly two accused namely Shakir Hussain son of Mohammad Ayoob resident of Beigpura Cherhar Kishtwar and Gulshan Ahmed son of Abdul Shabhan resident of Berwar Kishtwar were arrested and an FIR No.04/16 u/s 379 RPC ,6 forest Act was registered against the accused persons at Police Station Chatroo and set the investigation into motion. |
