Pressure cooker IED recovered, defused in Poonch 1/22/2016 12:02:17 AM Poonch, Jan 21 : An improvised explosive device was recovered and defused later in bordering Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir."Major tragedy was averted when the security forces yesterday recovered a pressure cooker IED from village Salhutri Poonch," police sources here today said.
