Ready to fight for students cause: NSUI 1/23/2016 10:43:58 PM EarlyTimes Report Bhalessa, Jan 23: The State secretary of National Students Union of India (NSUI) Mehran Anjum Mir has raised the issues pertaining to the student of Bhalessa. In a programme organized by NSUI Activist Nasir Latif Butt, Mehboob Seikh, Shoket Sheikh, Mehjoor Sheikh, Rayees Majeed Butt, Wasim Khan and others NSUI activist. Mehran Anjum Mir interacted with students of Bhalessa NSUI State Secretary said that the students of Bhaleesa facing many problems and many times the same has been taken up with the concerned authorities and Govt but it's agonising that nothing has been done to redress the problems of the students. Mehran added that contractual lecturers are being treated as labours on low wages with insecure future and demanded regularization of Contractual lecturers and Staff. He extended fullest support to the contractual Lecturers who were fighting for the cause. He mentioned that entire NSUI cadre is with the student community and will leave no stone unturned to mitigate the problems of the students. Mehran pooh-poohed the claims of Central Govt about "Acchay Din "for Common man and students. Mehran added NSUI a student wing of congress party will launch agitation to highlight the issues of the students if the same are not solved sooner. NSUI Activist Nasir latif Butt during his visit to college raised the issue of teaching staff in college and Schools demanding immediate redressal of the burning problem.
