JAMMU, Feb 27: The SHO of a police station in the winter capital city here has been transferred and attached to the District Police Lines (DPL) on the basis of a complaint against him. He was posted as SHO of the police station only three months back. There were certain complaints against him. When despite repeated warnings by his seniors he did not mend his ways, he was transferred and attached to the DPL, police sources said. Sources said the SHO's seniors were not happy with his 'arrogant' behaviour and the 'arbitrary' style of working. As mark of punishment, he was likely to remain attached with the DPL for quite some time, the sources added. |
