| ABVP castigates VC JU | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 19: ABVP condemned decision of JU VC for not giving space in the campus for organizing Blood Donation Camp being organized every year by ABVP memorizing legends of the soil Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev on Trimurti Balidan Diwas.
Addressing a press conference here today ABVP State Secretary Varsha Jandial stated that JU VC was no more liable to be on his chair.
She condemned the anti-national decision of JU VC for not giving space in the campus for BDC( Blood Donation Camp) organized every year by ABVP memorizing legends of the soil Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev on Trimurti Balidan Diwas.
Varsha asserted that the way JU VC appeal people to suggest him whether he should provide auditorium to student organizations show his incapability of taking decisions and hence in running the institution.
She further questioned the integrity of the VC as well as JU administration for various issues which include closure of three renounced departments in DDE( Economics, Pol. Science and Genetics) which provide education to those who are less economically stable.
Jandial further said that VC have to answer that why, if according to university survey %age of girls are 80% in university, VC have not focused for the introduction of new hostels in the campuses; why scholarship is provided to limited scholars and that too as a token money; why assistant registrar posts are still vacant in the university? Questions not stops here Sir, you have to answer that if your status speaks about the declaration of the result within 45 days, who have given you right to make the delay in the result for more than one year? University is in need of permanent teachers why you are delaying the recruitment of those?” |
