Udhampur residents up in arms against CAPD 3/19/2016 11:43:36 PM Ashwani Sharma Early Times Report Udhampur, Mar 19: Residents of Udhampur and adjoining areas are up in arms against the CAPD department. They allege that department has failed to provide ration to them the ration for the past three months. Residents of ward no. 3 Adarsh colony led by Geeta Devi staged a protest here on Friday against the alleged failure of the CAPD department to provide them with ration. "CAPD officials have given the ration after three months and they have issued the ration for the month of February and March and usurped the ration for month of December and January," protesters alleged.
