Hizbul Mujahideen militant arrested 3/19/2016 11:12:38 PM Early Times Report Srinagar, Mar 19: Security forces have arrested a militant of Hizbul Mujahideen outfit from central Kashmir's Budgam district, police said today. Abdul Hamid Nath, a militant of Hizb, was apprehended from Ratsuna village in Beerwah area of the district by a joint party of police, army and CRPF last night, a police official said.
