Govt orders increase in honorarium of SPOs 3/20/2016 12:03:43 AM Early Times Report Srinagar, Mar 19 : Government Saturday ordered increase in the honorarium of Special Police Officers (SPO) of Jammu and Kashmir. The remuneration has been categorized in three categories.
