JAMMU, Mar 22 : Quarter finals position has been cleared with the entry of Vipan, Shashi Mohan, Sumit Gandotra, Pankaj Khajuria, Kuldeep Sharma, Vishal Gupta, Rahul Sharma and Sunit Sharma in the last eight stages of the ongoing badminton tournament for staff of SMVDSB, organised by the sports wing at sports complex, Katra in district Reasi.
This tournament is being organised as part of staff welfare measures of the SMVDSB as also to encourage healthy and fair participation thereby improving efficiency in the work.
Earlier, in all, 16 staff members turned for this knock-out event for men. Meanwhile, the remaining matches of the women's badminton tournament shall be played on next working day. |
