jammu, Mar 22: Ancillary Medical Training School is once again in news for wrong reasons, as the junior most teacher Rajini Sharma is holding the chair of in-charge Principal since November 2012.
Rajini Sharma was appointed as a junior staff nurse in February 1995 and got first promotion as PHN-Tutor in 2007, and now she is holding the chair of in-charge Principal of the institution for last more than three years while their seniority falls at eleventh number as per seniority list which was released by the department on 16-02- 2016.
Sources said that Rajini was made in-charge principal when Er. R S Chib held the portfolio of Medical Education. "After taking charge as Principal, we repeatedly apprised all the former Medical Education Ministers but they all ignored our pleas," they said.
"There are 13 tutors in AMTS, Jammu of whom 10 are senior to Rajini Sharma and some have fulfilled the illegibility for the post of principal, but ironically the junior most tutor has been holding the chair since 2012," said sources. |
