AIBCU deputation calls on Guv’s Advisor 3/23/2016 11:22:41 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 23 : A deputation of All India Backward Caste Union (AIBCU) called on Khurshid Ahmed Ghanai, the advisor to Governor of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday. According to press release, during meeting they apprised to advisor on various issues being faced by them, they said that a deputation of AIBCU which met with Chief Secretary B.R.Sharma on January 2016 in which they appealed to Chief secretary that Social Welfare Secretary, Sanjeev Verma to submit the Action Taken Report (ATR). The same ATR has not been submitted so far. AIBCU also submitted a memorandum to Khurshid Ahmed Ghanai, the same was reminded to him for speedy processing the cases of enhancement of Reservation Quota from 2% to 27% by adjusting RBA (20%) & ALC (3%) reservations vide Para 95 of the Apex Court's Judgement of 1992 on Mandal Report.) Separation of RBA and ALC from the State Backward Classes Commission as problems of RBA/ALC and OSC are quite different with no conformity with each other.
