Mendhar people struggling to walk on broken roads 3/23/2016 11:24:50 PM Rajesh Tandon Early Times Report POONCH, Mar 23: The broken roads in Mendhar tehsil of the district have made the lives of locals miserable. "While we have several times approached PWD to carry out repairs of Jama Masjid Chowk-Tehsil Chowk and J&K Bank Chowk-Dhrana roads, the department has yet not taken any note of their complaints," locals alleged. Locals, including Sonu Sharma, Mannu Malik, Younis Khan, Mohammad Saleem, Davinder Tandon and Sham Lal Dutta, alleged that PWD had totally failed to repair dilapidated roads in Mendhar tehsil.
